Week leadership, low pay - SLS Engineer Qualitest Employee Review

Your skills don’t matter, managers’ friends and family gonna be promoted regardless. You need to lie constantly to client, reports and management. Top level management is weak, arrogant, keeps deceiving you all the time encouraging the same behavior from all mid level managers. Pay and benefits are miserable, they made me provide a bill for $30 gym bill to compensate it ( they don’t believe you, as they lie themselves so much I guess)
