      Pros

      Working here has continuously challenged me to better my skill sets. There is good job stability, a well established culture and an open environment. There is no micromanagement and everyone is really allowed to be themselves.

      Cons

      The corporate wellness plan doesn't cover the Gym I like to go to.

      Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry that your gym expense is not covered under our wellness program. However, did you know that you can still receive the extra vacation days by showing us proof of attendance every quarter? I hope this helps!

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
