As we continue to grow, we look forward to offering additional rotation opportunities between clients to our employees. We recently concluded our annual performance review process where promotions and salary increases were awarded. If employees are not satisfied with their pay, we strongly encourage that they reach out to their manager to reevaluate. Based on recent employee feedback we have created and are launching multiple programs this year including mentorship, leadership, soft skills, and ongoing feedback, to provide additional support to our employees and managers.
