      Pros

      No competition from peers because they all went to Devry!

      Cons

      Desperate and cheap company. Rude, old, and nontechnical managers drive me nuts. I haven't met anyone who knows how to program! I watched a senior engineer get fired by a client because she didn't know the basics of the product we were assigned!

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
