The work was easy. What was hard to deal with was incompetent leadership. Low standards and low pay. Many of the managers were untrained. I constantly dealt with people that were too new to know what they were doing. People were hired based on their relationship with management. Unprofessional HR. HR made a lot of mistakes when I was working here. Most of the time it was issues related to holidays and time off.
