      Only good for starters, not for long term.

      Cons

      Bad company, and bad management, no bonuses or anything, they only care about their income money from clients. No salary adds.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
