      Good Teams to work with, initial support was there to blend into the culture.

      Cons

      Employers feel that they were left out after an initial probationary period at the client site. And no proper staff appraisals.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
