Thank you for your review, we would hope you would discuss your concern with HR. Apart from that the growth structure/salary structure that is in place, is there after market research & analysis. The salaries you have mentioned are for entry level candidates with absolute no experience. We get very good & motivated recently graduated students, and majority of them are very happy!
