      Nothing is good here. work culture is full unprofessional. No rule, come early and leave late

      whatever they will say, they don't follow. They can fire without any reason like they can say you were sleeping in office so you have to leave.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
