      Pros

      Good work environment, External training are too good. For Freshers to gain Testing knowledge its a good company. Automation projects are really good.

      Cons

      Salary is not that great. For freshers initial package is very low. ISTQB Certification is mandatory for each and every one. ISTQB certified testerswill get good pay.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
