      not many my teammates were great a bit much on the diversity

      Cons

      salary too low especially when you know how match they get paid per employee. management was horrible and so was HR no raises for several years company wide

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
