      Great work Calm and fair team Very professional team leader

      Cons

      They talk a lot about how much it's worth working for them, etc., but in practice nothing. Disgruntled employees. Almost no raises.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
