Great Company - Engineer Qualis Employee Review

Qualis was a wonderful place to work mainly because of the people. All my coworkers were friendly and welcoming. Everyone wanted to help me on my career journey.

The only con I had as an Administrative Assistant Intern was I didn’t have a heavy workload. I would’ve enjoyed some more on plate, however there was only so much I could do without a security clearance.

The company is not big so your chances of having a small, carefully curated team are high. That makes or breaks any working experience.

The PTO accrual rate is terrible. Depending on your contract, raises are not guaranteed, and the bonuses are like $200-$300 for most people.
