Not a great place to work - Account Executive Qualifyze Employee Review

I've been working at Qualifyze for three months now, and my experience so far has been very positive. I started with a very well-structured onboarding process, which allowed me to learn a lot about my role and the company. My manager is incredibly supportive, always attentive, and genuinely kind, which made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. The team atmosphere is great, and the work itself is very enriching: I get to interact with clients from all over the world and have access to the right tools to keep learning and growing every day.

If I had to mention any downsides, I’d say that for someone who is not yet familiar with the pharmaceutical industry, the first client calls can be a bit challenging at the beginning, but with the right support and training, it quickly becomes much easier and more rewarding.
