      Received great opportunities to work as SWE in big tech companies, working with top SWEs, salary for junior was good in total Experience allowed me to advance my career forward

      Cons

      Contracts are for a limited time There are no bonuses/RSUs Responsibilities have a limit for development The company obviously takes a cut from your salary

      Pros

      After 6 years as company employee, I can say that qualitest is a wrapping and professional company. The most prominent asset is the people who work there. Its really workspace that provides a home feeling.

      Salary, but its understandable situation.
