Communication is Key and they don't do it - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualfon Employee Review

Pros

It was work from home, and involved chat and email, not just phones.

Cons

If trainers don't train you in certain aspects, they'll throw you under the bus, lie, and say they did. The whole company is terrible at communicating: policy changes, attendance, training. And the queue manager was terrible and inefficient. The way she divided up the workers made little to no sense most times.

Pros

Pay was good. Training was comprehensive and the trainers were amazing

Cons

Call center job so you will be swarmed with calls. Weird shifts. Management is annoying about time management. Being late 1-2 minutes gives you points and with enough points you get fired. Pay is around 20-21 Would only do this to gain experience or if I am on my last choice Weird hours
