Pros
Belief that if the company takes care of the employee, then the employee will take care of the client.
Compensation plan is best in the industry for those that produce and take care of the client.
"Leadership" is more the theme than is "Management".
Flexibility to create a true solution rather than just selling equipment.
Cons
Not really a con, but the company is rebuilding the sales organization with more customer focused sales professionals. Some clients are less than satisfied, however, the company is making great strides in repairing those relationships and improving their client interface processes.
Insurance Benefits are not the best, but as good as can be expected for a small company with the current insurance options.
