      - new fund with startup mentality and vibe - open to allow young employees take elevated responsibility - flexible and friendly working environment - decent entry job for foray into the VC field

      Cons

      - did not raise as much as it intended to for new fund, leading to lay-off and halted growth into new geographic location - compensation is way below big name VC

      Not only was the team great at communicating and working together, but the impact we had on the companies around us went a long way.

      Unfortunately, COVID made the daily activities more difficult, and adjusting to the virtual world took some time.
