      Pros

      Quadrants provided flexible hours and opportunity to learn many new skills. You are always busy while working with this company. They have many different projects and have been a contract laboratory for a long time.

      Cons

      They are technologically behind. They treat their employees very poorly. They have a terrible benefits package. Superiors are not helpful and are passive aggressive to their employees.

      Great opportunity for learning new testing methods, networking outside of work, broadening resume.

      Cons

      Company is less than 8, no benefits, overworked, underpaid, no bonuses, no raises, asking for supplies/ materials seems like to always worring about company closing, company is on the verge of collapse.
