Pros

They did pay me for a month before I started when Microsoft delayed the start of my contract. That's desperate business practice but it was a pro for me.

Cons

Unprofessional contract handling, communication, actions. My contract was cut at the fiscal year and they told me on the last day of the fiscal year that the contract was not extended. Then, they reported to the WA ESD that I was fired or suspended when my contract was cut and I had good standing at Microsoft. I won the hearing as they had no grounds to report such things. They didn't provide health insurance when I first was hired. When I asked about HI options, they asked me why I didn't have insurance. I was unemployed at the time. I had to explain to one of the employees what COBRA was and, when I was explaining it, she cut me off and said that my coverage ends at the end of the month. Every interaction with them left me wondering whether or not the position that I got was a scam and, while it wasn't, it was a sham opportunity since I am no longer there. Even their timekeeping practices involved me getting an e-mail before the end of every month asking if I could project the hours that I was going to work for the rest of the month. What is that? This company is operated as if they just got started and are learning how to do business by the seat of their pants, yet they have 50 customers. If you value your career, you will never entertain working for this company. Quadrant Resource is a sinking ship.

Pros

It’s a job that can pay the bills. Really great if you love working 65 hour weeks but getting dinged for not partaking in team events outside of work.

Cons

Longevity is a sin at this job. Also, make sure your skin tone is the right color.
