Pros
A straight-forward sales culture where the harder you work, the more money you can make with no restrictions or false promises. High energy and never a boring day. It's fulfilling to provide a service that I believe in and allows me to help people at the same time. I started new to the industry and was given the tools and support I needed. Management has always guided me to be very successful.
Cons
Not necessarily a con..Dedicated customer service means being accessible 24/7 to candidates and clients..If you refuse to answer emails after/before business hours, this would not be a fit.
