Pros
The pay was great. The manager of the firm is really great. I spoke with her face to face and she shared with me. Awesome lady.
Cons
Jump through hoops to get the job done at last minute. I was never made to feel like I was apart of the team. The recruiter would call me anytime she felt like it. Late as 10:00 pm at night. She changed my resume and I was overlooked for jobs. I was told when I called in maybe I have not had a good experience with their agency to look elsewhere. I was never late, never fired or did I ever miss a day at work. A professional phone call back would have been nice to say we don't have any work available instead I was just ignored. My husband is military and I have worked for many agencies. Never have I been treated like I have been at Quadrant!
