      Pros

      You get to leave at 5: 30 everyday, can be flexible sometimes, depending on who you work with, It is an ok place if you mind your business.

      Cons

      No room for growth, favoritism towards some employees eventhough they dont know the work, leaving at 5pm in frowned upon eventhough you dont mind comming in earlier, Pay is not so great, no training at all. no exam materials support, working from home is a NO NO if you have emergency and can do everything from home.

      •Opportunity to gain great engineering experience. Engineering department is led by a very talented and smart Director of Engineering. •If hard work is put into the trade the compensation is there. •Surrounded by very talented chief and lead engineers. • Plenty of room for growth. • Company pays for school to help with trade skills and knowledge. •Family culture company •Benefits are good.
