Masochism. One must be a masochist to work there.

My brother works there and he shares mind blowing events and facts. 1. They treat their employees like trash with absolute 0 training. The pay is bare minimum and Site conditions are barely manageable with constant, and I mean daily UPC and AC failures. 2. There are ongoing gossips behind one another within the team and nobody seems to like the other member, therefore, there is constant reporting and undercutting taking place. 3. All the equipment including the computers, devices like KVM, the Servers, the Cabinets and the cooling systems are full of flaws due to years of poor mismanagement. The list can go on an on, just stay away for your own sake!
