Pros
When I started 2 years ago, everything was amazing. The experience was exactly what I was shooting for in a job like this. The people were super nice and had really great stories to tell and pro tips on being more successful within the company and to their clients. Company catered lunches every Tuesday which was a super plus.
Cons
As much faith and time I put into the company, I started to see the lies. I was told when management doesn't come to the support floor it means that we were doing a good job and that shows our recognition. Management was never there to provide the necessary help we desperately needed and made us fend for ourselves. There was no room for advancement and one person who moved up, moved back down because they were trying to do the job without knowing the things they did not know despite this person knowing a lot about the position.
