Pros

Remote work, which is the bare minimum expectation.

Cons

* Unfair pay - promote internally but won't pay the bare minimum range for the higher role, but expect to be able to carry out job role perfectly, without training. * Extremely clicky - everyone is related to one another. * Employs only females in upper management in an attempt to look good, but backfires as the wrong people are in management, to the employees detriment. * No attempt to be diverse, and you will be penalised for mental health or neurodiversity. * 9-6 is already a long day, 5 days a week, but you'll be lucky to actually work those hours. More likely to work 45+ hours a weeks with no compensation for this. * No care for employee progression and pass off squiggly carers as being an acceptable way to make individuals do more for no compensation. * Expect to be backstabbed, the majority of staff only look out for themselves. * Many managers will flaunt the rules and make unnecessary expenses to the company or take time out of their working day for personal appointments, like getting their nails done, instead of supporting their struggling staff. * No progression, despite asking or pushing. * Bare minimum benefits package .
