Only join if you are in desperate need of a job. There is no work from home even in pandemic. The directors of the company behave in condescending way like they know everything and they feel that they are superior just because they founded a company. The HR won't provide you with any offer letter unless you sign a contract with them that you will be joining after your notice period. They will ask you to visit the company for socializing and will pressure you to sign the contract then and there. If you can crack their interview, i promise you can crack any other interview with more then what they are offering. You even have to work on sat sun if require. The managers are soul less. Either you should earn or you should learn. I don't think you are going to do either of them. You will waste your precious year if you decide to join the company. Have patience, try for other companies. Look for better pay and a flexible job. Good luck.
