Business outlook
Pros
Executive leadership is of course interested in results but they also make sure there is adequate time for our families and social lives. If I ever need time off or need to leave early I never am required to explain why. I have a full work load but my boss always checks in to ensure I am never overwhelmed. I also have the freedom to professionally disagree with her and discuss other potential solutions.
Cons
The company feels they have excellent communication but that is not the case. You most likely will receive updates via word of mouth instead of official communication.
