6yWe’re sorry to hear that this is your perception of QuadMed based on your short employment earlier this year. It’s unfortunate that you did not get to experience some of the exciting advances we’ve made in a number of areas in just the last months! No greater evidence of company-wide teamwork was displayed than with the recent go-live of our new medical record system which resulted in no disruption to patient care and praise from our client partners and vendor partner.
Our commitment to best in class performance includes the way we conduct our business. We are very grateful the claim was raised internally six months ago so that we could thoroughly investigate and determine the claim to be unfounded. We strive to create an environment where concerns can be freely raised and we abide by the highest standards of conduct with each other, our client partners and our patients. We are always looking to better our business and learning from current and past employees is part of the improvement process.
