Cons

The pace is fast and expectations are high, which may not suit everyone Structure and processes are still evolving as the company scales, so you need to be adaptable

Pros

Working as a Senior Software Engineer at QuadFi has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. The company has a very open and collaborative culture where engineers are trusted to do meaningful work. I’ve had the chance to work on complex fintech and AI problems, and leadership genuinely listens to new ideas and gives us the freedom to try them out. What stands out most is that the mission feels real — you can see how your work connects to something bigger than just lines of code. One of the biggest positives is the level of exposure you get. As a senior engineer, I’ve been able to contribute not only to building the product but also to shaping its direction. The collaboration between engineering, product, and data is strong, and there’s a sense of respect across teams. Growth opportunities come quickly here — if you want responsibility and the chance to see your work directly influence company success, this is the place.

Cons

Like many startups, the pace can be demanding and priorities sometimes shift quickly. Processes are still developing, so it requires being flexible and comfortable with change. For someone who enjoys the speed and energy of a startup, though, these challenges often feel more like opportunities.

Pros

-Strong sense of mission and purpose that makes the work meaningful -Team is relatively small but very collaborative, so your voice is heard in decision-making -Exposure to senior leadership and investors that most mid-level marketing roles don’t provide -Flexibility to test new channels and campaigns without heavy bureaucracy -Fast personal growth — you pick up skills across digital, brand, and product marketing

Cons

-Company is still young, so brand awareness outside core networks is limited -Budget constraints sometimes limit how ambitious campaigns can be -Role requires being highly self-driven; there isn’t a lot of formal training or onboarding
