The only good thing they have is good benefits and lifelong friends.
Cons
Don't expect the raise for the first fifteen years you're there.
The building itself is a depressing place to work still has everything from the eighties in it, carpeting, walls, pictures etc.
Technology and computers are kindof out of date.
The last Christmas party consisted of going to a bowling alley and getting hot dogs.... it just goes to show you what the CEO and principals think of their employees.
None of the principal's know how to use AutoCAD or any kind of computer program, besides Word. There are more people quitting then they can replace.
