There are many great people to work with, a lot of opportunities for travel, almost everyone has the ability to be 'hands-on' and to have their new ideas heard, outstanding IS support, health care, fitness and daycare available on site.
Cons
The corporate vision changes so much, it is impossible to keep up. If the business process was working, you wouldn't need so many corporate goals to supplement them. If the business process isn't working, fix it, instead of confusing everyone with so many annual corporate goals.
The creation of business units created silos and divided the resources, making it impossible to go 'full speed ahead' on any singularly important project.
Being a subsidiary of a much bigger parent company, thee people in this division are treated like a printing company, not a technology company.
There is no singular vision for the sales, engineering and service groups. Becuase each division answers to its own goals, there is no sense of 'how do we pull together to advance the business?'
