      Pros

      Good coworkers always cooperating with everyone on anything needed at the time needed

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism or should I say nepotism because some of those "friends" are more like family related. How a big name as this company's can permit management to make decisions to lay people off based on their friends' false "information"and not by their performance?
