Pros
fast paced industrial work, downed machines take priority and PM's and projects done on downtime. Not micromanaged and they allowed you to innovate which is great. Used to be better under the father, now getting more corporate but still good.
Cons
dirty, loud printing press, comes with the territory. Really enjoyed my job but sadly print is dying and they pulled out of my state and closed the plant. Don't know how many more years they will be around.
