Pros
Having worked in agencies for 20+ years, I must say, I have learned more and have done more at Quad than any other workplace. Hybrid, workplace and remote options available. Great bosses and very accommodating should personal problems arise, be it a health or family issue. I really think the pay was pretty fair for the tasks I did as a production artist. Weekly meetings were great for boss/peer engagement and input. Much was learned during these pow-wows. Management instilled a work/life balance for the most part.
Cons
Lots of company required compliance tests and quizzes became tiresome, alas— it's what big companies require these days.
