Pros

Health benefits. The comradery amongst the employees. Thou not talked about for fear of retribution. Once you get to know people and there not threatened by you anymore or worried that your one of those suck arsses trying to better yourself by walking on others. The overwhelming majority will tell you they hate Quad Graphics in a way other then just being dissatisfied.

Cons

Unexpectedly being let go from this company means quad med drops you as a patient.. If your in the middle of any kind of treatment. You will be dropped like a hot potato without any recommendations or advice of any kind, where to finish whatever treatment your in. Upper management for the most part are arrogant rude arssholes, who do not have time for their lowly employees. Never can talk to one while looking at their eyes because they will be constantly screwing around with their cell phone while your talking to them. I do not blame the people. It is the corporation that forces them to be this way. I have talked with many ex-quad and present employees who have been there from the beginning. And I find they all say the same thing. That quad was a nice place to work and that it is far from being the company for the employee it once was when Joel Quadrucci was alive. They have an HR manager that everyone knows her nick name is "the black widow." She is known by this for the reason that she has ruined many lives thru unjust firings. Immediate Supervisors (the one who you work for directly) who know what kind of an employee you are and how valuable you are, they are given no input and are superseded by her and HR with disciplinary actions and firings. Pay is not competitive with others companies in area.
