      Pros

      Huge facility. Huge Maintenance/Electricians department. Lots of potential if you like overtime. Pay wasn't good when I started but they did an overall pay bump that makes it much better

      Cons

      Too much overtime. Crazy rotating schedules. Management is very cookie cutter, and not understanding
