Gets your foot in the door of project management & communication-related work. You gain practical and professional skills that are good for the resume and talking points in an interview. Good introductory experience to the professional workplace.
Cons
Didn't see it as a place to stay long term, though many people there have. Working with many clients in different time zones causes a lot of work-life balance problems. Saw many nights where employees would stay up very late to hit unreasonable deadlines.
