Cons
seasonal lulls in production in the 1st quarter and end of the 4th lead to decreased hours. Transactional business nature leads to less tolerance of work absence and no sick days are given. Paid vacation time is often used to make up for decreased hours. 12 hour shifts are rough, and shifts switch form days to nights every 3 months, as well as switch the side of the week you work.
