There is usually lots of opportunity for overtime

They will do their best to run the long time people out so they can replace them with temps and eventually shut your plant down. Worst company ever unless you work in one of their original plants.They will crew the plant with two thirds of the people they need and require mandatory overtime. In the 8 years they have owned our plant we have lost the majority of our experienced people and we have a plant full of people that have been there less than 5 years and have gone through most all of the temps from the surrounding counties, sometimes hiring them 3 or 4 times after they have quit or gotten fired.
