      Pros

      The people are family. The work atmosphere is awesome. Management is down to earth. The pay is decent and the benefits are good. Good place to work.

      Cons

      The temperature in both summer and winter. Not climate controlled. No smoking on the property. Some don’t like the rotating shifts.
