There are some good opportunities for those in the right positions, which are few There are a lot of good people left in this company
Cons
The entire company is attempting to change 45 years of habit, sales structure, product offering, etc. over night. Executive leadership does not know how to limit or prioritize major initiatives for the company so everyone attempts to do everything at once. This causes a ton of stress on the employees - more work, same or less pay and higher expectations. Resources are the first thing to go to reduce costs after a bad quarter
