      Decent Pay. Easy stepping stone into pharma.

      Cons

      Everything else is negative! HR is a complete joke. No one cares if anything is aseptic. Large lots and that’s all they care about. Is running you like a machine till your dead. No management exists. The new director is running the place to the ground. Everyone is on their way out. Won’t be surprised if this place ends up being shut down. The stress, work demand, and crap you deal with is NOT worth the money. I promise.

      Pros

      Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
