Easy hiring process, contract sent easily too, training very easy and short, application process not very complicated, supervisors seem friendly
Cons
Zero transparency when it comes to bookings, the supervisor tells you when to teach and usually its only cover lessons at the beginning (with literally 1 min to enter and teach - very stressful since u are probably evaluated on performance on each case). No transparency when it comes to feedback, You need to nag your supervisor constantly to give you a lesson while you just sit there endless hours as per contact. No stand by pay. IN MY CASE NO PAY AT ALL. They ghosted me and ignored me until after asked they said 'We approve termination of contract'. I have read very few reviews and I really don't know much about how legit the company really is.
