      Give oppurtunities to work on fresh concept. Kwowledge sharing and team work is great.

      Cons

      Project requirnement changed dynamically. Team size is small. Leave approval are bizare( 2 days salary cut on unapproved leave).

      Cons

      This is not company . Its managed by Husband & Wife. they treat employee like a labour. You need to complete the bond of 1.5 year or else they will trouble you to get the relieving letter . and if you take leave your salary is deducted.
