QTEC cares about their employees. They offered opportunities for advancement and helped with the cost of required training. Management in my department was very good. The pay was good as well.

The job is based on government contracts that may possibly end. If it does, they will try to transfer you to another contract if possible, but if they cannot then you will be laid off.

QTEC is a wonderful small company that treats their employees like family. They offer competitive salaries and great benefits.

There were some budget issues with the contract that were beyond their control, and a few people had to be laid off.
