Pros

You get paid training and it’s on time but make sure you clarify pay per hour before you start

Cons

They trained us for a week straight for a job that wasn’t ours. There was no consistent training (trainers changed every week and would say “I do this” then next week we would learn something completely different). They seem to not understand that we were dealing with real people’s lives. They also onboarded about 150 of us at the same time and sent so many different locations and instructions to different people they couldn’t keep track.

Cons

Qtc needs more providers and diagnostic locations that are in both metro and rural areas. (Metro TX and CA are covered) Communication and consistency between provider’s office, diagnostic locations and the few call center departments needs improvement.
