Pros
No pros, only medical staff who are struggling and can’t find job anywhere else works here just to have an income. When anyone finds something better , they choose better and leave like I did.
Cons
Terrible work culture, unsafe work environment. Bullying and harassment is common. Management also bully’s doctors. So imagine what happens to the little guys ? Traumatising experience. Extremely misogynistic work culture. Women are not safe here.
