Pros
One of the few companies I have worked for, that empowers you to make a real impact through your work. Career growth within the company is only as limited as your ability to take up new challenges. Initially, the workload will be less since it takes a bit of time to observe and understand how a startup operates and what role you will be performing in the daily operations. However, the program is structured in a way to help develop your skills and gradually offers leadership positions too. Qrius has a fantastic atmosphere as well, where you get to interact with people from various cities and countries. Plenty of scope to leverage this rich network in terms of future career opportunities, knowledge exchange, college/university reviews, recommendations, etc.
Cons
Can't think of any cons as such. The work was perfectly aligned with my expectations and my seniors were very understanding and patient. The flexible working hours are an added bonus.
