Pros

Great projects to work on alongside very talented individuals. Great team culture, along with benefits under Spark (the parent company). Work life balance is also great.

Cons

Leadership is incapable of making decisions. Basically ideas are sprouted non-stop with no real effort put in to explore them or put them into practice. Have a weird affinity (like most companies mind you) with spouting about AI while not having any real internal experience or projects that implement machine learning concepts let alone anything deeper then this. Are in the process of hiring more managers while practical people (such as myself) are jumping ship left, right and centre.

Cons

- As with many companies on the cutting edge, the pace of change can sometimes be overwhelming.
